Around 10am this morning, we helped one buyer client set-up a showing for a luxury condo in downtown Boston that's "for rent," after it failed to sell last year despite a massive price reduction. The Real Estate Cafe has maintained it's own blog for more than two years. Is it possible to link to http://www.realestatecafe.blogs.com directly into experimental new Real Estate Cafe?

Now we've confirmed that The Boston Sunday Globe Magazine included our perspective on the "revolution in real estate." Yes, we've been at it for 12 years, and really were the first internet-based, walk-in housing information center in the country when we opened in 1995.
We've just added out first event, a "Picnic-style Bubble Hour" to watch the Wizard of Oz with clients and others at Friday Flicks.
