Reinventing "rent to buy" for cautious homebuyers

Around 10am this morning, we helped one buyer client set-up a showing for a luxury condo in downtown Boston that's "for rent," after it failed to sell last year despite a massive price reduction. Five hours later, we showed another buyer client a single family home, in an executive suburb in Metro Boston, that is both for sale and for rent. Blog posts: Can you import existing blog posts?

The Real Estate Cafe has maintained it's own blog for more than two years. Is it possible to link to http://www.realestatecafe.blogs.com directly into experimental new Real Estate Cafe?

Wonder if members can create their own blogs to focus on a topic, like most affordable places to live, or whether any and all subjects are blended into the same shared blog?

Real Estate Cafe in the News

It's been a great week at The Real Estate Cafe. Earlier in the week, our newest interactive map was featured by the leading real estate technology new site.

Now we've confirmed that The Boston Sunday Globe Magazine included our perspective on the "revolution in real estate." Yes, we've been at it for 12 years, and really were the first internet-based, walk-in housing information center in the country when we opened in 1995.

Past Events

We've just added out first event, a "Picnic-style Bubble Hour" to watch the Wizard of Oz with clients and others at Friday Flicks.

Can't wait to add other homebuyer courses, some of which we've taught since 1995, to an online calendar here!
